No, the Sofitel Hotel is the official hotel of the Project UP Summit. You will not be reimbursed for bookings made at a different hotel.
You must call BCD Travel at (888) 566-6880 to book your travel.  Provide the group #4555 and identify yourself as a Project UP Summit attendee. Train and plane tickets will be covered. Please note that ground transportation is not reimbursable to/from the hotel on arrival and departure days.
Attendees are responsible for booking their hotel rooms using this link. We encourage you to book your hotel stay as soon as your travel dates are confirmed.
